I tried deleting preferences for the apps that don't work. In recovery mode I also get "if possible back up the data on this volume".ģ. The volume /dev/rdisk2s1 could not be verified completely. Nothing happens, indexing doesn't restart. I tried excluding the system drive from spotlight indexing, and then including it again.
I get hits for files on other drives, but no apps show up (and other data on the system drive - also doesn't show up).Īpart from that, the Macbook seems to be running fine.ġ. The machine is a MacBook Pro 15" (Early 2011), SSD system drive, OS 10.13.5. It seems I'm experiencing some sort of system / HD corruption.
